According to China's latest wine standard GB15037-2006, the wine is made from fresh grapes or grape juice after all or part fermentation, and the alcohol content is not less than 7.0%.


By color of wine


1. White wine: Made from white grapes or grapes with red skin and white flesh. The color of the wine is yellowish green, approximately colorless or light yellow, straw yellow, golden yellow. Any deep yellow, tan, brown or brown yellow and other colors, do not meet the requirements of white wine color.


2. Red wine: red wine is made of white or red grapes mixed with grape skins and juice. Natural deep ruby red, ruby red, purplish red or garnet red, any brown, brown or earth brown color, do not meet the requirements of red wine color.


3. Pink wine: Made from colored red grapes fermented with or separated from the skin. The wine color is light red, peach, orange or rose. Any color too deep or too light are not in line with the requirements of the rose wine. This type of wine has freshness and fruit aroma, tannin should not be too high. Rosewood grape, Pinot Noir, Carmine, French blue and other varieties are suitable for making peach wine. Another red, white wine by a certain proportion of blending can also be regarded as a peach wine.
